Total "Sex in the City" moment last night.  So one of my friends here is opening up Zuma in the landmark which is a pretty big deal considering the location as well as the resto reputation.  I've met one of his chefs a couple of times...he's uber cute!  So we've been kinda bumping into each other and having short chats but no real alone time.  Anyways, last night, I go with Maria, Christina, and two other girls for the tasting week at Zuma.  My friend sends out said chef with a dish of white soysauce-basically because I asked to try it since I've never had white soysauce before.  All five of us stare at him and here goes the exchange:

"I believe this is for someone at this table"

"tehehehe...(retarded giggle) yes me."

(small talk ensues...blahblah...zuma specialties)

"what's your specialty?" Christina deadpan

"uhh....you mean in the kitchen?"

"in the kitchen or anything else..." Christina

"I'd like a handroll" (making really really inappropriate hand grabbing and mouth motion) Maria

chef friend starts blushing uncontrollably and runs away from our maneater table....LOL

Ok, not as serious as that...good thing is I passed on my number...kekeke...so cute!
